Team Brief

Read this before
you start.

Everything you need to know about who you're working with, and what makes a lead worth sending.

01 Start here

Who you're working with.

I'm Omar, founder of Site House. I've spent 10 years building websites for businesses, plus the branding and SEO that get them real customers. Your job is to find the right businesses. I handle everything after that.

You

Find the leads

Find businesses that fit and get the owner interested in a free mockup.

Me

Build and close

I build the mockup and run the call that closes the deal.

02 What we sell

We sell two things.

One time

A website

A build that actually brings the client customers. This is where their money starts.

Monthly

Growth Plan

The part that keeps the website working. We keep them showing up on Google and new customers finding them.

The website gets them online. The Growth Plan keeps the customers coming.
The whole offer in one line

We build you a website that actually brings in customers, and then we keep it bringing them in every month.

This is what we do, in one sentence. You don't need to understand SEO or design to explain it. Keep it this simple in your emails.

03 How it works

How a lead becomes a deal.

1
Find a business that fits and reach out. Email, Facebook, wherever you get replies.
2
Get the owner interested in a free mockup. No commitment.
3
Send me the qualified lead with the proof.
4
I build the mockup and send it back to you.
5
You share it and keep the conversation going until they book a call.
6
I run the call and close it. You get your commission.
04 What makes a good lead

Only send it if it checks all four.

A real business with a website or social presence that has room to improve.

A business, not a person. No direct to consumer, no individuals.

Proof they're spending money: an open job listing somewhere.

A decision maker replied and actually wants to see the free mockup.

Best case

They're hiring for something close to what we do, like social media, marketing, or web. They already know they have this problem and have budget for it. Lead with that.

Acceptable

Any open listing at all, as proof they're alive and growing. Use this when you can't find the sharper version.

05 Send this with every lead

Thirty seconds per lead. Every one includes:

No proof, not ready. Don't send it yet.

The business name and link
The open listing link, proof they're active
The reply you got from them
One line on why they're a good fit
06 What not to bring me

These waste both our time.

Random businesses you never heard back from

Anyone who only said "send me info"

Direct to consumer or individual people

Dead businesses with no sign of activity

The one rule that matters

One real interested owner beats fifty cold contacts.

I only build so many mockups a week, and the best leads get them first. You make money here on quality, not volume.
